Relaxation Wednesdays

This initiative emphasizes the mental health of Greylock's student body. It consists of two groups: one focusing on grades 7-11, and the other focusing more specifically on the senior class. Our goal is to give students a place to destress from their busy lives while also participating in activities that are related to bettering their mental and emotional health. We meet twice every month on Wednesdays. The senior-focused initiative will meet on Fridays.

Examples of our initiatives:

  • Guided meditation

  • Coloring

  • Yoga

  • Discussion-based meditation

  • Possible games

  • Rock painting

  • Senior-specific initiatives such as movie night, games, bonding activities, etc
